CTWS Staff Emily Monteagudo

Emily Monteagudo is a comedian, actor, director and speech language pathologist based in Chicago.  She has been on the faculty at CTWS since 2008 instructing voice and dialect workshops, co-advising the High School Repertory Company, and teaching social skills through improv in the "Socially Speaking" classes. Favorite directing credits include Harriet The Spy, Brick: The Play, Bunnicula and Ozma of Oz.  She can be seen onstage soon in the upcoming TWS production of Radium Girls. Emily has a degree in Theatre Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University and a master's degree in Communication Disorders from Illinois State University.
