A Seat, A Legacy

This one-of-a-kind comedy and tragedy mask is a tribute to the people who helped make our theatre possible.

The mask was created using the original name plates from seats that were “named” by generous supporters before the theatre seating was recently updated. Now, brought together in the form of the traditional comedy and tragedy masks, these names take on new meaning. The masks represent the many stories that unfold on our stage with laughter and tears, joy and heartbreak.

Though the seats themselves are gone, the names remain—a reminder that the theatre is more than a building or a row of seats. It is the people who support it, the memories created within it, and the generations of stories yet to be told.

Thank you to all those whose names—and whose generosity—have helped give this theatre its place in our community.
