Rates per Semester (January-April)
Tuition for 1-hour per week classes: $240
Tuition for 2-hour per week classes: $355
Days Off:

- April 10-13, Main Stage Dress Rehearsal
Important Dates:
- Auditions for HSR's All in the Timing and Mainstage's Seussical Jr: Jan 28-29. Students sign up for a time slot. Callbacks Sun Jan 29 at 5:00 pm
- First Rehearsals- HSR: January 31, Mainstage: Feb 4th
- Rehearsals: Tues 7-9 (HSR 6-9), Wed 5:30-8:30, Sat 9-1
- YES we have class on Presidents Day, Monday, Feb 20th
- Spring Break: March 24-31.
- Tech Weeks: HSR: March 11-15. Mainstage: April 7-12 (Off Easter Sunday)
- Performances: HSR March 16-19, Mainstage: April 13-23
- Open House/Final Classes: Your student's Open House will be held during their final class time the week of April 24th- April 27th.
Refund Policy:
- Drop before 2 weeks prior- 100% refund minus a small vendor processing fee.
- Drop between 2 weeks prior to the start of class and before the 3rd class = 75% refund (less a small vendor processing fee).
- Drop after 3rd week of class- no refund.
- No refunds or credits for missed or canceled classes due to sickness, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
- Drop after an audition or 3rd class = no refund or credit.
CLASS STRUCTURE: Classes meet weekly for either 1 or 2 hours. Our classes are closed to visitors/parents in order to create a safe learning environment. All students are invited to backstage crew or audition for our semester shows at no additional charge.
Open House: Most classes culminate in a short performance or open class for parents to see the student's skills and knowledge in action during the last week of classes. Open House will be held the week of April 24-27th during your class time. Each student will be allowed to invite their grown-ups and siblings to attend their final class.
Mandatory Grown-Up Meetings: Grown-up meetings will be held ONLINE (please attend the
session most convenient for you (Grown-Up Meeting Zoom Link). New to CTWS adults are invited to stay online longer if they have any additional questions. We will offer various times the week before/week of classes. Check your email for dates/times.
Waitlist- We will maintain a waitlist for sold-out sections in case of drops. You can be on a waitlist while still registered for another class. To be included on the waitlist, please email ctws@theatrewesternsprings.com.
