Scott Sawa is pleased as punch to join the CTWS staff, and to tackle 12 Angry Men with the talented actors of the High School Repertory program!  Scott has been an active actor and theater artist in the Chicago storefront theater scene for over a decade, working with Pride Films and Plays, Lifeline Theater, the Factory Theater, Handbag Productions, Nothing Special, iO Theater, Refuge Theater Project, Oak Park Festival Theatre, and First Folio Theater.  Scott's training includes a B.S. in Acting from Illinois State University, and studies in Meisner (Green Shirt Studio), On-Camera (Vagabond and Green Room Studio), and Improv (Second City, iO, Annoyance). He also spent 3 years as Abraham Lincoln on a school tour for Historical Perspectives for Children, as well as a Summer touring with Compass Creative Dramatics as an Actor/Educator.  Scott can be found in an episode of Chicago Fire, as well as an Office Depot commercial, among other on-screen projects.  When pronounced correctly, Scott Sawa rhymes with "Hot Lava".
